PAI is committed to securing the best returns for our investors and maintaining strong and transparent communications.
Investors include pension funds, insurance companies, governmental organisations, banks, fund of funds and high net worth individuals from Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.
For PAI Europe V, capital was sourced from over 150 investors in 23 countries, with the split as follows:
Building strong relationships with investors is essential to PAI and we have developed a well-resourced, open and transparent investor relations programme to execute this. Initiatives are led by PAI's Investor Team and include, inter alia, annual meetings, quarterly reporting, regular update calls on new investments and frequent memoranda covering new investment activity, exit activity and key developments at portfolio companies. The Investor Team also coordinates PAI’s frequent interactions with investors regarding opportunities to invest across the capital structure in PAI-led transactions.
