Mathieu Paillat joined PAI partners in 2002 and is a member of the Capital Goods & Services Group. Mathieu has been involved in a number of transactions including Elis, Saeco, FTE, Spie, Monier (previously Lafarge Roofing) and Atos Origin.

Prior to this, Mathieu spent two years with Deutsche Bank in the European Acquisition Finance Group and then in the Corporate Finance Department in London.

Mathieu graduated from Dauphine University (1999) and Lancaster University and holds a Masters Degree in Finance from IEP Paris (2000). He speaks French (native), English (fluent) and Spanish (basic).
