Ricardo de Serdio is a Partner. He joined PAI partners in 1999 and has, since then, managed PAI's office in Spain. Ricardo has been involved in a number of transactions including Mivisa and Cortefiel.

Ricardo began his career with Arthur Andersen in Madrid and subsequently worked at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in London in the Equity Capital Markets department. He joined Paribas in January 1996 in the Corporate Finance Group, responsible for Spain and Portugal. Ricardo has a great deal of experience advising on Spanish M&A transactions and structuring equity offerings for medium-sized companies.

Ricardo graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and from London Business School with a Masters Degree in Finance. He speaks Spanish (native), English (fluent), French (fluent) and Portuguese (basic).
