Investments are typically made in companies with the following characteristics:

• medium to large size public or private companies,
• headquartered in Europe,
• belonging to one of our core industry sectors (consumer retail industry, building materials & construction, general industrials, chemicals, business services, IT/Telecom, consumer products, media, healthcare, hospitality, financial services and real estate),
• leadership position in their market,
• outstanding management team.

PAI is a long-term investor with a holding period of its investments generally between 4 and 6 years. 

PAI partners is particularly focused on investing in consolidating sectors and in markets where growth can be sustained through economic and financial market cycles.
