    Raúl joined PAI in 2019 as a member of the Spain Team.

    He was previously a Director at Portobello Capital, a leading Spanish private equity firm where he spent more than 12 years and earned extensive expertise in deal making and execution. He was involved in nine deals in the Food & Consumer, Business Services and Healthcare sectors. He started his career within a family office in Madrid.

    Raúl graduated in Business Administration & Finance from CUNEF (Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros) in Madrid.

    Juan José joined PAI in 2017 as a member of the Investment Group and is also part of the Spanish Team. He has been involved in the World Freight Company and Zahneins transactions.

    He started his career at VINCI Concessions structuring infrastructure transactions before joining Rothschild, where he spent two years focusing on M&A, equity and debt financing transactions.

    Juan José graduated from École des Ponts ParisTech and Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

    Laura joined PAI in 2007 and heads PAI’s Spain Team. She has been involved in several transactions including Areas, DomusVi, Grupo Cortefiel, Grupo Konecta, Swissport, The Nuance Group and Tendam.

    She started her career at Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking department in Madrid, working principally with financial sponsor clients on the execution of buy-side, sell-side and IPO transactions.

    Laura graduated in Business Administration and Law from the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid.
