Meet the team
Emir Alhussni
Investment Officer
Emir joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Investment Group.
He joined from UBS, where he worked as an Associate Director in the TMT Investment Banking team. He started his career at Credit Suisse.
Emir holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University College London.
Christian Atherton
Managing Director
Christian joined PAI in 2020 as a member of the PAI Performance Group with a particular focus on topline related topics.
He has strong management consulting experience and was previously at Simon Kucher, where he was a Director. Prior to Simon Kucher, Christian held various positions at PwC Strategy Group and Bain & Co and he has also worked with a number of leading multinational businesses on an interim / contractor basis. Over the course of his career, Christian has led and participated in a number of projects covering a range of business issues and industries including pricing, sales excellence, operational improvement, analysis of business growth options, corporate strategy and M&A.
Christian has a BSc in International Business from Warwick Business School & ESSEC.
Maud Beldent
Investment Officer
Maud joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Investment Group. She has been involved in the Alphia and The Looping Group investments.
She worked previously at Deutsche Bank in London, where she spent two years as an M&A Analyst in the Global Industrials Group, mostly focusing on Business Services.
Maud holds a double Master’s Degree from ESSEC and Bocconi.
Manon Boutin
Officer
Manon joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Capital Markets Team in the Client & Capital Group.
She joined from HSBC, where she worked as a Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Associate for more than two years.
Manon holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
Laurie Cameron
ESG Director
Laurie joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the ESG Team.
He joined from PwC’s Sustainability and Climate Change practice, where he focused on Responsible Investment, ESG and Impact measurement for three years. Prior to this, Laurie worked for four years within the PwC Deals practice, where he qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant and led financial due diligence projects.
Laurie holds a degree in Economics from the University of Kent and is an IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment) qualified practitioner.
Hui Chan
Managing Director
Hui joined PAI in 2025 and is a member of the Business Services and UK Teams. She has been involved in the HKA and VPS investments.
She joined PAI from Bain Capital, where she spent 11 years in the European Private Equity team, most recently as Managing Director. Hui started her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch focusing on UK Mergers & Acquisitions.
Hui graduated from the University of Cambridge in Economics and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Manda Chan
Managing Director
Manda is a Managing Director in the Client & Capital Group based in London. She is responsible for leading PAI’s CCG efforts in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to PAI, Manda co-founded the Asia Pacific business for Evercore Private Funds Group in Hong Kong and eventually led the business as Managing Director. Manda has more than a decade of experience in fundraising in the region for third-party buyout, growth, infrastructure and private credit funds investing in Europe, the US and Asia. While at Evercore, she worked closely with PAI for the last eight years.
Manda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Natasha Chingareva
Director
Natasha joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investor Team in the Client & Capital Group.
Natasha has over 14 years’ experience in private markets, having led Project Management for Bridgepoint Credit, and previously serving as Head of Investor Relations at Alcentra, where she began her tenure as a Product Manager for its credit strategies. She also spent time at private equity firm Calculus Capital, and within fund of funds at Matrix Group. Natasha co-founded the charity Ukrainian Action in March 2022 and currently sits on the board as a trustee.
Natasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Commerce and a Bachelor of Communication from Monash University in Australia.
