Meet the team
Charlotte Pennec
Principal
Charlotte joined PAI in 2019 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team. She works in close cooperation with the Investment Group and deal teams on all legal aspects of transactions.
She has over eight years of experience in corporate law, specializing in M&A and private equity. Prior to joining PAI, she worked as an Associate for law firms such as Paul Hastings for six years, and prior to that Latham and Watkins.
Charlotte graduated from ESSEC Business School in 2010, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas. Furthermore, she has held the Professional Lawyer’s Certification (CAPA) since 2010 and has been admitted to the Paris Bar.
