Meet the team
Griff Morgan
Officer
Griff joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investor Team in the Client & Capital Group.
He joined from Quest Fund Placement, where he was a member of the project management team and worked on fundraises across the European mid-market space. Prior to Quest, Griffith spent three and a half years in the Business Restructuring and Special Situations M&A practice at BDO, where he worked across sell-side M&A mandates.
Griff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics with History from the University of Exeter and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Morgane Barthe
Finance Director
Morgane joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
She started her career as an officer at Alter Domus Luxembourg where she eventually became Manager and spent almost 8 years in the Private Equity Corporate and Fund Services Department.
Morgane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accountancy and Tax Affairs.
