Isabelle McTaggart
Investment Officer
Isabelle joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Investment Group.
She joined from J.P. Morgan, where she worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the UK Diversified Industries team.
Isabelle holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London.
Isabel O’Regan
Managing Director
Isabel joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Investor Team in the Client & Capital Group. She supports the firm’s fundraising efforts and relationships with Limited Partners in Europe, as well as the project management of the Investor Team.
Isabel joined PAI from Lazard where she was most recently a Director in the Private Capital Advisory group, where she managed global fundraisings. Prior to Lazard, Isabel worked at MVision Private Equity Advisors where she worked on fundraisings, and developed and maintained investor relationships. Prior to this, she worked as a markets specialist at FactSet Europe Limited, a multinational financial data & analytics firm.
Isabel started her career in London, and subsequently worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and now Paris.
Isabel holds a MA in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and a MA in Globalisation & Development from the University of Warwick.
Isabelle Ehrmantraut
Talent Director
Isabelle joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the PAI Performance Group with a specific focus on talent, leadership, and culture.
She was previously with Spencer Stuart and brings more than eight years of experience in Leadership Advisory Services. Her focus is on executive assessment and development, team effectiveness, organisational design, and succession planning.
Isabelle is an occupational psychologist and holds a MA degree in Business Psychology from Cologne Business School and Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
