Meet the team
Marie Lafragette
Managing Director
Marie joined PAI in 2023 as a member of the Food & Consumer Team.
She joined from Eurazeo, where she worked for the Mid-Large Buy-Out Team. She started her career at Credit Suisse in London and New York before joining OpCapita in London.
Marie holds a Master’s degree in civil engineering from ESTP and a Master’s degree in international finance from HEC Paris.
Marie-Anne Vincent
ESG Director
Marie-Anne joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the ESG Team.
She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and sustainable investing, having held senior roles at AXA Climate, Sweep, and Carbon4 Finance, where she led ESG advisory and environmental data strategy. Earlier in her career, she worked at leading financial institutions including BNP Paribas and HSBC, developing expertise across climate, biodiversity, and institutional clients coverage.
She holds an MBA in Finance and Law from ESSEC Business School and is CFA ESG certified.
Marie Weise
Investment Associate, Mid-Market Fund
Marie joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team.
She previously worked at Robert W. Baird, where she spent five years working on numerous transactions across sectors.
Marie holds a BSc in International Business with a major in Finance from Maastricht University.
