Théo Rotellini

Talent Director

Theo joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the PAI Performance Group with a specific focus on talent management.

He joined from Heidrick & Struggles where he was a member of the Global Healthcare & Life Sciences team and the European Lead for the Health Tech practice. His work also spanned multiple sectors, including Consumer and Industry.

Theo graduated from KEDGE Business School.

Investment Associate

Théo joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investment Group. He has been involved in the Innovad investment.

He joined from Jefferies, where he spent two years as an M&A Analyst in the French Coverage team. Prior to this, Théo interned in strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon.

Théo holds a Master in Management from ESSEC where he specialised in Corporate Finance.
