Meet the team
Thomas Verbeek
Investment Director
Thomas joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Investment Group and the UK Team. He has been involved in the Audiotonix and M Group Services investments.
He worked previously at Bain & Company where he spent three years as a Consultant in the Private Equity Group focusing on a variety of transactions in different sectors.
Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive and Decision Sciences from University College London, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Maastricht.
Thomas de Wailly
Fund Counsel
Thomas joined PAI in 2025 as Fund Counsel and is a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from Ardian, where he worked as a Senior Lawyer for more than two years. Prior to that, he spent seven years as an Associate in the Tax and Fund Structuring Department at Linklaters, including a six month secondment at Capza.
Thomas holds a Master’s degree from Paris Dauphine University and has been admitted to the bar in both New York and Paris.
