Meet the team
Véronique Rat-Morris
Legal Officer
Véronique joined PAI in 2023 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
Véronique has 15 years of’ experience working in law firms including Rödl & Partner, Koehler-Magne Serres, Taylor Wessing, Orrick Rambaud Martel and Haarman Hemmelrath. She joined PAI after working as a paralegal at Rödl & Partner for four years.
Véronique holds a Capacity Certificate and is completing a Master’s degree in business and tax law from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
Susannah Lindenfield
General Counsel & Head of Administration
Susannah joined PAI in 2025 as General Counsel and Head of Administration.
Susannah worked at Blackstone for 14 years, where she built and led the General Counsel function for APAC before moving to London as Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs for EMEA. She was most recently Head of Legal, International at PIMCO. She started her career at Cleary Gottlieb before joining KBC in London.
Susannah holds an LLB in English & French Law from King’s College London, a Masters in Private Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LLM in Comparative Law from McGill University.
France Le Péron
HR Operations Director
France joined PAI as HR Operations Director.
She brings over 27 years of experience in Human Resources. France joined from AXA Group, where she was successively Human Resources Manager, Director of Social Policy, Training and International Mobility, Group Benefits and Head of Individual Cases. Prior to this, she was Director of Human Resources for three years at Chateau Online, preceded by five years as Human Resources Director at AOL and Compuserve France.
France holds a Master of Business Administration from Burgundy School of Business.
Manuel Briand
IT Operations Director
Manuel joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from Société Générale, where he spent more than ten years and was responsible for desktop IT support.
Manuel holds a double university degree in Computer, Networks, Telecommunications and Electronics.
