He has extensive experience of the mid-market segment having worked in the space since 2017 at Argos Wityu, where he focused on a variety of transactions in the consumer and industrials sectors. Prior to that, he worked at Estin & Co as a strategy consultant for two years.
François graduated from HEC in 2014. He also holds a Master’s degree in corporate and tax law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Jessica joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team. She has been involved in the Scrigno investment.
Prior to joining the MMF Team, she interned at PAI for one year, participating in the acquisition process of Pasubio, and previously completed an internship at Ardian.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a MSc in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in Milan.

Michele joined PAI in 2020 as a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team. He has been involved in the European Pizza Group and Scrigno investments.
He was previously at Digital Colony Partners where he worked as an Associate in the London Private Equity Team. Michele also brings three years of experience as an analyst for Credit Suisse.
Michele graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a MSc in Finance and a BSc in Finance and Economics. He also completed an exchange programme in France with HEC Paris.

She joined from Credit Suisse in London, where she worked for three years in M&A across multiple sectors.
Claudia holds a BSc in International Management and French from the University of Bath.

Stefano Drago

Stefano joined PAI in 2005. In early 2020, he became one of the Founding Partners of the Mid-Market Fund Team. For PAI MMF, he has led the Amplitude Surgical, La Compagnie des Desserts and MyFlower investments.
Previously, he was the Partner responsible for investments in the Healthcare sector for the flagship fund and as such has been involved in several investments, most recently Zahneins, ELITechGroup, Ethypharm, Atos Medical, DomusVi and Cerba Healthcare. Outside of healthcare, he has been involved in the Kiloutou and Provimi investments.
He started his career within the R&D department of France Telecom (now Orange) for three years, and then spent four years with McKinsey & Company in their Italian and Singaporean offices, before joining PAI in 2005.
Stefano holds an MSc in Engineering from both Politecnico di Torino (Italy) and Telecom Paritech (France), as well as an MBA from INSEAD.

He started his career at Roland Berger in Paris as a Strategy Consultant, where he spent two years.
Karl holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master in Management from ESCP, and an engineering degree from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP).

He started his career at Bahlsen GmbH in Hannover (Germany) covering a number of roles in Sales & Marketing as well as Business Development.
Jacopo holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and an MBA from INSEAD.

He has extensive experience of the mid-market segment, having worked in the space since 2014, most notably at Abac Capital in Spain, where he was focused on the origination, execution, financing, monitoring and divestment of several deals.
Prior to that, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant for two years.
José holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management (Boston) as well as a Bachelor’s Degree and a MSc in Business Administration from ESADE Business School (Barcelona).

Lyna holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris, a bachelor in Economics and Social Sciences from Sciences Po Paris as well as a bachelor in Mathematics from La Sorbonne. She completed an exchange year at George Washington University in Washington DC.

Victor joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team. He has been involved in the Uvesco investment.
Prior to joining the MMF Team, he completed several internships including one at PAI, another as a Strategy Consultant at Metyis and two others as a Financial Analyst at Accuracy and EY in Spain.
Victor graduated from Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) with a BEng and MSc in Industrial Engineering and holds a MSc in Management and International Finance from HEC Paris. He also completed an exchange programme at Grenoble INP (UGA) in France.

Maxime has a combined experience in audit of nearly 10 years in Paris and Luxembourg. He worked at Deloitte in Paris for four years and then five years at KPMG in Luxembourg as an Audit Manager within the investment management sector, including private equity structures.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Lyon, with a specialism in private equity and transactions.

Mateo joined PAI in 2020 as one of the Founding Partners of the Mid-Market Fund Team. He has been involved in the Angulas Aguinaga and Uvesco investments.
He has strong experience in the Spanish and international private equity markets, having previously been with Ventura Equity Partners, where he was a Founding Partner, and spent close to 12 years at Investindustrial, where he was a Senior Principal in the Spanish office and a member of the Investment Committee. He has also worked as an Investment Executive at Corsabe Capital and started his career in investment banking at Citi.
Mateo holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Prior to that, he worked at Chiaruttini e Associati, a leading advisory boutique specialised in turnarounds and restructurings.
Alessandro holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, a specialisation in finance from the University of California San Diego and a degree in Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

He joined from Gilde Buy Out Partners where he worked for two years with a focus on mid-market transactions in the DACH region, having started his career at Gilde Healthcare Partners. He has worked on several transactions in the Healthcare and TMT sectors.
Maximilian graduated from King’s College London and holds a Master in Accounting and Finance from the University of St Gallen in Switzerland.

He joined from Goldman Sachs in London, where he spent six years in the bank’s Private Equity division and was involved in numerous equity investment opportunities across a broad spectrum of industries.
Alexander graduated from the University of St. Gallen HSG in Switzerland and holds a Master of Science in International Finance from HEC.

He joined from L-GAM, where he spent over two years as an Investment Associate in the London office. Prior to that, he worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in Spain for more than three years.
Miguel holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

In 2020, he became one of the Founding Partners of the Mid-Market Fund Team.
Raffaele started his career in the Corporate Finance department of Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, London and Milan. In 1993, he became one of the Founding Partners of Vitale Borghesi & Co, which became part of the Lazard Group in 1998.
Raffaele graduated from Rollins College (USA) in Business Administration.
