Sébastien Aguinet
IT Contract Manager
Sébastien joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from Metaline, where he was an IT Project Manager, working closely with financial and healthcare institutions.
Prior to Metaline, Sébastien held roles at Sopra Group and Eryma.
Sébastien graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science and Networking for Industrial and Technical Services.
Hedi Ait-Moussa
Investment Officer
Hedi joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the Investment Group.
He joined from Partners Group in London, where he was an Associate in the European Healthcare Team.
Prior to this, Hedi completed internships at PAI, CVC Capital Partners and Deutsche Bank.
Hedi holds degrees from Paris Dauphine University and ESSEC Business School.
Lydwine joined PAI in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the Corporate Operations Team. This is test.
She joined from Alma Capital, where she was Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for nine years. Prior to this, Lydwine worked in KPMG’s audit and advisory practice in Paris, New York and Luxembourg for 15 years.
Lydwine graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds DCG and DSCG Chartered Accountant diplomas.
Ana Aliyari
Managing Director
Ana joined PAI in 2015. She is a member of the Food & Consumer Team. She has been involved in a number of investments including Ecotone, Froneri, Roompot, StellaGroup and The Looping Group.
She started her career at Roland Berger in Paris as a strategy consultant, where she spent two years.
Ana graduated from ESSEC in 2013.
Inès Aoumeur
HR Associate
Inès joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the HR Team.
She joined from Club Med, where she worked for almost two years as an HR Generalist. Prior to Club Med, she was an apprentice at L’Oréal and completed several internships in Human Resources.
Inès graduated from Sciences Po Paris.
Edouard Arfi
Head of Group Accounting
Edouard joined PAI in 2026 as Head of Group Accounting and is a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from Showroomprivé.com, where he was Group Accounting Director. Previously, Edouard held roles in audit and financial control, gaining experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, budgeting and supervising international subsidiaries.
Edouard graduated from Aix-Marseille University and holds the French Certified Public Accountant qualification (DEC).
Abigaïl Aron
Investment Director
Abigaïl joined PAI in 2018 as a member of the Investment Group. She has been involved in the Alphia, Alvest, Euro Ethnic Foods and Pasubio investments.
She started her career at Big Mamma, a fast-growing group of Italian restaurants, where she was the CFO for three years.
Abigaïl graduated from HEC in 2014.
Xavier Arrom
ESG Officer
Xavier joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the ESG Team.
He joined from Pernod Ricard, where he was Climate Change Manager, responsible for the group’s climate and decarbonisation agenda. Prior to that, Xavier worked at the National Association of Food Industries (ANIA) as Environment and Circular Economy Manager.
Xavier holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London and a dual Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Sciences Po and Sorbonne University.
