Meet the team
Ana Aliyari
Managing Director
Ana joined PAI in 2015. She is a member of the Food & Consumer Team. She has been involved in a number of investments including Ecotone, Froneri, Roompot, StellaGroup and The Looping Group.
She started her career at Roland Berger in Paris as a strategy consultant, where she spent two years.
Ana graduated from ESSEC in 2013.
Anatoliy Nagornyy
Managing Director
Anatoliy joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the PAI Performance Group with a particular focus on supply chain & logistics topics.
He brings over 13 years of experience in supply chain & operations gained across management consulting and industry roles. As a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, he served leading consumer products & retail clients across Europe and Asia. Prior to BCG, Anatoliy held various supply chain roles at Amazon, Tesco and Maersk in the UK.
Anatoliy holds a Master of Science Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Transportation Management from Odessa National Maritime University in Ukraine.
Moundir Rachidi
Managing Director
Moundir joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the PAI Performance Group, with a particular focus on operational topics.
He joined from GXO Logistics, where he was Global Chief Transformation & Operations Performance Officer. He previously spent over a decade at Boston Consulting Group, where he led large-scale transformation programmes across the industrial, consumer goods and retail sectors. Earlier in his career, he held senior operational roles at Toyota and Whirlpool, gaining experience in manufacturing, supply chain and performance improvement.
Moundir holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Logistics Management from Bordeaux Business School and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Fabien Grob
Managing Director
Fabien joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the PAI Performance Group, with a particular focus on digital and IT topics.
He joined from LIPTON Teas & Infusions, a private equity-backed company, where he was Chief Data and Information Officer.
He has also held senior roles in IT and digital functions at Aircall and Coty, gaining experience in managing IT operations, data and transformation initiatives. He started his career in IT consulting at Altran, Bain & Company and Messier Maris & Associés.
Fabien holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.
Manda Chan
Managing Director
Manda is a Managing Director in the Client & Capital Group based in London. She is responsible for leading PAI’s CCG efforts in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to PAI, Manda co-founded the Asia Pacific business for Evercore Private Funds Group in Hong Kong and eventually led the business as Managing Director. Manda has more than a decade of experience in fundraising in the region for third-party buyout, growth, infrastructure and private credit funds investing in Europe, the US and Asia. While at Evercore, she worked closely with PAI for the last eight years.
Manda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Matthew Craddy
Managing Director
Matthew joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the PAI Performance Group, specialising in Digital Transformation and Process Excellence.
With 25 years of industry and management consulting experience, he excels in enhancing end-to-end customer experiences and optimising middle and back-office operations by leveraging a diverse set of levers, including Digital and AI technologies, Shared Service Centres, and Lean methodologies.
His career includes operational leadership roles at GE Capital and over a decade at McKinsey & Company where he was a Partner. Additionally, Matthew has held various roles at Publicis Sapient, PwC, and Voca Link.
He holds an MBA and an MSc in Management Science & Operational Research from Warwick Business School, as well as a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering from Warwick University.
Vincent Kraemer
Investment Analyst, Mid-Market Fund
Vincent joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team.
Prior to joining the MMF Team, he completed an internship at PAI in Munich and gained work experience at Triton Partners, Ardian, Deutsche Bank, and Bain & Company.
Vincent graduated from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and completed exchange programmes at EDHEC Business School in France and IE University in Spain.
Daryl Letrillard
Finance Analyst
Daryl joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined as a Finance Analyst after completing his internship at PAI.
Prior to this, Daryl completed two internships as a Private Equity Analyst at Elevation Capital Partners and as a Treasury Intern at Luxair.
Daryl holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School.
