Meet the team
Stefano Parisi
Managing Director
Stefano joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the PAI Performance Group, with a particular focus on topline growth and commercial value creation across the portfolio.
He joined from Carlyle, where he was a Managing Director in the value creation team, supporting portfolio companies on commercial and growth initiatives. Prior to Carlyle, Stefano held senior commercial and value creation roles at Fedrigoni, TeamSystem and Ideal Standard. He began his career at Roland Berger, where he spent five years as a Senior Consultant.
Stefano holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics and Social Studies from Bocconi University in Milan.
Stefano Shuster
Executive Director, Mid-Market Fund
Stefano joined PAI in 2019. He spent six years in the Flagship Fund, where he was involved in the Pasubio investment, before moving to the Mid-Market Fund in 2025. He has participated in the Orion investment.
Prior to joining PAI, Stefano spent three years at The Boston Consulting Group, one year in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in London and two years at OpCapita, a London‑based European mid‑market private equity firm.
Stefano holds an MBA from London Business School and a MSc in International Management from Bocconi University.
Stefano Drago
Founding Partner, Mid-Market Fund
Stefano joined PAI in 2005. In early 2020, he became one of the Founding Partners of the Mid-Market Fund Team. For PAI MMF, he has led the Arlettie, Amplitude Surgical, La Compagnie des Desserts, MyFlower, Nutripure and VITREA investments.
Previously, he was the Partner responsible for investments in the Healthcare sector for the flagship fund and as such has been involved in several investments, most recently Zahneins, ELITechGroup, Ethypharm, Atos Medical, DomusVi and Cerba Healthcare. Outside of healthcare, he has been involved in the Kiloutou and Provimi investments.
He started his career within the R&D department of France Telecom (now Orange) for three years, and then spent four years with McKinsey & Company in their Italian and Singaporean offices, before joining PAI in 2005.
Stefano holds an MSc in Engineering from both Politecnico di Torino (Italy) and Telecom Paritech (France), as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
Robin Pauli
Investment Officer
Robin joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Investment Group.
He joined from EMK Capital in London, where he was an Associate. Prior to that, he spent almost two years at Providence Equity Partners, focusing on technology, media & telecom and education investments. Previously, Robin was part of the EMEA Diversified Industries Investment Banking team at J.P. Morgan.
Robin holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
Thomas Vinet
Finance Analyst
Thomas joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He first joined PAI in July 2025 as a Structuring Intern in Luxembourg, before moving to Paris in January 2026 as a Financial Performance & Analysis Intern.
Prior to this, Thomas completed a six-month internship in Asset Management Audit at PwC.
Thomas graduated from IESEG Business School.
Léa Mussigmann
Finance Analyst
Léa joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
She first joined PAI in September 2025 as a Fund Operations Apprentice, supporting investor reporting, fund operations and financial reporting across PAI’s private equity funds, before joining the team as a Finance Analyst following her internship.
Prior to this, she completed internships in Fund Finance at Ardian and in Financial Audit at EY.
Léa graduated from KEDGE Business School.
Chloé Grandclaude
Legal Officer
Chloé joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team..
She joined from Bridgepoint in Luxembourg, where she served as Legal Counsel, Luxembourg Lead and Board Member, overseeing corporate and transactional legal matters for the private equity strategy and leading the Luxembourg legal team. Prior to that, she was a Legal and Corporate Associate at Silver Holdings, managing legal and corporate matters across a broad portfolio of Luxembourg and international entities.
Chloé holds a Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law from the University of Lorraine (Nancy).
Olivia Le Goff
Fund Structuring Officer
Olivia joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
She joined from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where she worked as a lawyer in the Private Funds team, advising on fund formation across private equity, venture capital, infrastructure and other private fund strategies. Prior to that, she spent over three years at Gide Loyrette Nouel, specialising in private funds and advising asset managers and institutional investors on fund structuring and regulatory matters.
Olivia holds an LLM in International Financial Law from King’s College London, as well as a Specialised Master’s degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School.
