Our dedicated, company-wide D&I Taskforce is the driving force behind our diversity efforts at PAI.
It is currently made up of 10 representatives from various teams and offices across our organisation. The group’s mission is to promote D&I and facilitate a range of initiatives across the workplace.
Our D&I initiatives
These activities include:
- Developing a roadmap to guide our D&I efforts.
- Organising firm-wide training to educate employees on D&I.
- Implementing parental and caregiver support policies to ensure a family-friendly workplace.
- Facilitating internal discussion forums to encourage open dialogue around D&I topics.
Industry-wide initiatives
Our broader industry D&I efforts include:
- Level20: We support the organisation’s mission to encourage greater female representation across the private equity industry.
- Out Investors: We help the organisation make the direct investing industry more welcoming for the LGBTQ+ community.
- UK Private Capital: We engage with and regularly provide data points to UK Private Capital, the industry body for private capital in the UK.
