Supervisory Board
Lorna Parker started her career as an investment professional first at Kleinwort Benson and then at venture capital firm Advent. She subsequently spent nearly 20 years in executive search as a partner at Spencer Stuart, where she created and led their European private equity practice across both funds and portfolios.
Prior to joining PAI’s Supervisory board, she was a senior talent advisor at CVC Capital Partners in London and previously held a similar role at BC Partners.
As an advisory partner at Manchester Square Partners and as an independent consultant, she conducts board effectiveness reviews for UK public companies. In addition, she is a board member of The Royal Parks and previously served on the boards of Indivior plc, the Royal Horticultural Society and the National Opera Studio.
Olivier Pécoux began his career as a consultant at Peat Marwick in Paris before joining Schlumberger, where he rose to become Chief Financial Officer of one of its businesses. He later joined Lazard Frères, where he worked in the firm’s M&A team in New York.
Olivier is currently Group Vice Chairman of Rothschild. In his more than 30 years at Rothschild, he has held a range of roles across the company, including co-Chief Executive Officer of the Rothschild & Co Group, Head of Rothschild’s Global Financial Advisory Division, co-Head of European Investment Banking and Associé-Gérant of Rothschild & Cie Banque.
John Schumacher began his career in Private Equity at New York Life Insurance Company in 1991. Over the next 30 years John helped launch third party money manager GoldPoint Partners growing AUM from $1 billion to over $15 billion at his retirement. John oversaw the commitment of over $14 billion in fund commitments, and over 400 direct debt and equity investments. John has served on the advisory boards of over 20 funds.
John met PAI Partners in 1999 with a commitment to PAI Europe III. And he, GoldPoint and their clients have been consistent investors to the current day.
John is currently Chairman of JMJ Private Equity Consultant LLC.
