Meet the team
Sébastien Aguinet
IT Contract Manager
Sébastien joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from Metaline, where he was an IT Project Manager, working closely with financial and healthcare institutions.
Prior to Metaline, Sébastien held roles at Sopra Group and Eryma.
Sébastien graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science and Networking for Industrial and Technical Services.
Lydwine joined PAI in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
She joined from Alma Capital, where she was Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for nine years. Prior to this, Lydwine worked in KPMG’s audit and advisory practice in Paris, New York and Luxembourg for 15 years.
Lydwine graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds DCG and DSCG Chartered Accountant diplomas.
Edouard Arfi
Head of Group Accounting
Edouard joined PAI in 2026 as Head of Group Accounting and is a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from Showroomprivé.com, where he was Group Accounting Director. Previously, Edouard held roles in audit and financial control, gaining experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, budgeting and supervising international subsidiaries.
Edouard graduated from Aix-Marseille University and holds the French Certified Public Accountant qualification (DEC).
Morgane Barthe
Finance Director
Morgane joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
She started her career as an officer at Alter Domus Luxembourg where she eventually became Manager and spent almost 8 years in the Private Equity Corporate and Fund Services Department.
Morgane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accountancy and Tax Affairs.
Marc Boulesteix
Head of Luxembourg
Marc joined PAI in 2024 as Head of Luxembourg.
He was previously Financial Director and Managing Director at Eurazeo Luxembourg, where he oversaw portfolio and fund management, as well as MLBO operations and fund structuring. Leading the Eurazeo Luxembourg office, Marc supervised over 90 entities, including the AIFM and numerous private equity funds, ensuring compliance with key AIFM functions. Prior to Eurazeo, Marc was a Financial Auditor Senior Manager at EY.
Marc holds a degree in Finance from Audencia Business School.
Manuel Briand
IT Operations Director
Manuel joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from Société Générale, where he spent more than ten years and was responsible for desktop IT support.
Manuel holds a double university degree in Computer, Networks, Telecommunications and Electronics.
David Bucke
Chief Information Security Officer
David joined PAI in 2026 as Chief Information Security Officer.
He joined from Montagu Private Equity, where he spent eight years, most recently serving as Head of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security. Prior to Montagu, David held roles at Mirus IT Solutions and Bright Technology.
David holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certifications from ISC², the internationally recognised professional body for cybersecurity certification and standards.
Rohan D’Angelo
Finance Officer
Rohan joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from PwC Luxembourg where he spent almost six years as Assistant Manager in the Asset and Wealth Management industry.
Rohan holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Chartered Accountancy and a OEC Certificate (Ordre des Experts Comptables).
