He joined from PwC’s Sustainability and Climate Change practice, where he focused on Responsible Investment, ESG and Impact measurement for three years. Prior to this, Laurie worked for four years within the PwC Deals practice, where he qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant and led financial due diligence projects.
Laurie holds a degree in Economics from the University of Kent and is an IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment) qualified practitioner.

Anna Harvey

ESG Team PAI Performance GroupESG AnalystAnna joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the ESG Team. She focuses on the development and implementation of the firm’s sustainability strategy and supporting sustainability within the portfolio.
Before joining the ESG Team, she completed an internship with the team in London. Prior to PAI, Anna spent a year in the Environmental Investigations Team at Wessex Water, where she analysed the company’s interaction with the local freshwater system and biodiversity.
Anna holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Bath.

ESG Team PAI Performance GroupESG OfficerFrederike joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the ESG Team.
She was previously an intern at PAI within the ESG Team in Paris and Munich and has contributed to a number of projects for the firm.
Frederike holds a MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College London and a BSc in International Management from Lancaster University and ESB Business School Reutlingen.

ESG Team PAI Performance GroupHead of ESG & SustainabilityDenise joined PAI in 2022 as Head of the ESG & Sustainability team. She is responsible for developing PAI’s sustainability strategy and creating value through sustainability initiatives in the portfolio.
Denise joined from The World Bank Group’s private sector arm IFC, where she spent over 11 years based in the US and Europe. She was Head of Investor Relations & Sustainable Finance Coordination and chaired both the ESG Capital Markets Integration and Sustainable Finance Committees. Denise also served as Chair of the global Green, Social and Sustainability-Linked Bond Principles Steering Committee under ICMA. Denise started her career in the UK, working for Goldman Sachs, GE Capital and Lehman Brothers in various capital market roles.
Denise holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell University and a MSt in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. She is an alumna of the Emerging Leaders Program at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
