Berre joined PAI in 2018 and is a member of the Food & Consumer Team. She has been involved in the Ecotone, Motel One and Theramex investments.
She started her career in the Investment Banking Division of Rothschild in London where she spent five years.
Berre graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam with a MSc in Financial Economics.

Winston joined PAI in 2022 and leads PAI’s consumer activities in North America. He has been involved in the Alphia and Tropicana Brands Group investments.
He was previously at Vestar Capital Partners, where he spent 14 years, most recently as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Consumer, in addition to serving as a Director on a number of consumer, food and beverage companies.
Prior to Vestar, Winston was a member of the Leveraged Finance team at Lehman Brothers and the secondaries team at CSFB Private Equity.
Winston holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics-Political Science from Columbia University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Henri joined PAI in 2018 and is a member of the Food & Consumer Team. He has been involved in the Albéa, Asmodee, HKA, Innovad, SGD Pharma and StellaGroup investments.
He started his career at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris as a strategy consultant, where he spent two years.
Henri graduated from HEC in 2015.
