    Philip joined PAI in 2018 as a member of the Investment Group and the Nordics Team. He has been involved in the Asmodee and World Freight Company transactions.

    He started his career in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan in London, where he spent two years, first in the Oil & Gas team and then in the Nordic M&A team. He then spent two years working in private equity for Rhône Group in London.

    Philip studied Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. He is fluent in Swedish and English.

    Ragnar joined PAI in 2008 and is responsible for the Nordics Team. He has participated in a number of transactions including ADB Safegate, Atos Medical and Perstorp.

    He has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting having worked for Accenture, McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton. At McKinsey & Company he was a member of the Corporate Finance and Private Equity practices, advising European private equity firms on investments, portfolio company value creation and exits. He also worked as CFO and deputy CEO for Unibet Plc, a European online gaming company.

    Ragnar holds a Master’s of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology in Linkoping. He is fluent in Swedish and English, and conversational in French and Danish.

    Martin joined PAI in 2021 as as a member of the Investment Group and the Nordics Team.

    Martin joined from Goldman Sachs PIA in London where he spent six years in the Private Equity team focused on Nordic buyouts. Prior to GS, he spent almost four years in the Private Equity group at StepStone in London and New York. Martin has made several investments within the Industrial, Technology, Business Services and Consumer sectors. Prior to StepStone, Martin worked in the Nordic M&A team at Royal Bank of Scotland Investment Banking and JP Morgan.

    Martin holds a Master in Finance and Accounting from CBS (Copenhagen Business School). He is fluent in Danish and English.
