Manon Boutin
Officer
Manon joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Capital Markets Team in the Client & Capital Group.
She joined from HSBC, where she worked as a Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Associate for more than two years.
Manon holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
Romain Bruyère
Associate
Romain joined PAI in 2024 and is a member of the Investor Team in the Client & Capital Group. Prior to this, he was a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
Previously, Romain completed a number of internships in audit, accounting and tax.
Romain holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from ESCP and a Bachelor of Business Administration from EDHEC
Livia Carega
Managing Director
Livia joined PAI in 2024 as a Managing Director in the Client & Capital Group based in New York City. Livia is responsible for leading PAI’s CCG efforts in North America and South America.
Livia brings extensive experience to PAI from nearly a decade in the Client & Product Solutions team at Apollo Global Management in New York, where she was responsible for investor relationships in Canada and the Northeast. She started her career in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in London and also spent time as an investment analyst at The Wellcome Trust. Most recently, she was a senior member of the capital raising team at Tiger Global in New York.
Livia earned her BA from Harvard College and her MBA from Columbia Business School.
Liza Cathcart
Associate
Liza joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investor Team in the Client & Capital Group.
She joined from Grafine Partners, where she spent three years on the Investor Relations Team. Liza started her career as a Corporate Paralegal at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Liza graduated with Distinction from the University of Virginia, with a major in Political Philosophy, Policy and Law.
Manda Chan
Managing Director
Manda is a Managing Director in the Client & Capital Group based in London. She is responsible for leading PAI’s CCG efforts in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to PAI, Manda co-founded the Asia Pacific business for Evercore Private Funds Group in Hong Kong and eventually led the business as Managing Director. Manda has more than a decade of experience in fundraising in the region for third-party buyout, growth, infrastructure and private credit funds investing in Europe, the US and Asia. While at Evercore, she worked closely with PAI for the last eight years.
Manda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Christina Charlier
Officer
Christina joined PAI in 2012 as a member of the Investor Team in the Client & Capital Group.
She started her career at CCR Chevrillon Philippe as an executive assistant in the private banking sector.
Christina studied International Relations at George Mason University.
Natasha Chingareva
Director
Natasha joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investor Team in the Client & Capital Group.
Natasha has over 14 years’ experience in private markets, having led Project Management for Bridgepoint Credit, and previously serving as Head of Investor Relations at Alcentra, where she began her tenure as a Product Manager for its credit strategies. She also spent time at private equity firm Calculus Capital, and within fund of funds at Matrix Group. Natasha co-founded the charity Ukrainian Action in March 2022 and currently sits on the board as a trustee.
Natasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Commerce and a Bachelor of Communication from Monash University in Australia.
Mathieu Chouquet
Principal
Mathieu joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Investor Team in the Client & Capital Group.
He brings over 11 years of institutional investor background coming from Assurances du Crédit Mutuel where he was leading the Private Equity & Infrastructure fund and co-investment programme for the last 7 years. He started his career on the public markets as Equity & Convertible Bond portfolio manager.
Mathieu holds a Master in Corporate Finance from ESCP.
