Nicolas Kachaner
Senior Adviser
Nicolas is a Senior Adviser to the PAI Performance Group.
He is one of the key figures behind the successful development of BCG in France and Europe in recent decades and has deep expertise in private equity and value creation across various fields and sectors.
In his time at BCG, Nicolas served as Managing Director and Senior Partner of BCG in Paris, London, Brussels and Casablanca. In addition, he led the Strategy practice for 10 years, launched the BCG turnaround unit, and built out the firm’s expert career track to a team of 140 experts in Europe.
Manda Chan
Managing Director
Manda is a Managing Director in the Client & Capital Group based in London. She is responsible for leading PAI’s CCG efforts in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to PAI, Manda co-founded the Asia Pacific business for Evercore Private Funds Group in Hong Kong and eventually led the business as Managing Director. Manda has more than a decade of experience in fundraising in the region for third-party buyout, growth, infrastructure and private credit funds investing in Europe, the US and Asia. While at Evercore, she worked closely with PAI for the last eight years.
Manda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Hui Chan
Managing Director
Hui joined PAI in 2025 and is a member of the Business Services and UK Teams. She has been involved in the HKA and VPS investments.
She joined PAI from Bain Capital, where she spent 11 years in the European Private Equity team, most recently as Managing Director. Hui started her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch focusing on UK Mergers & Acquisitions.
Hui graduated from the University of Cambridge in Economics and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Moundir Rachidi
Managing Director
Moundir joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the PAI Performance Group, with a particular focus on operational topics.
He joined from GXO Logistics, where he was Global Chief Transformation & Operations Performance Officer. He previously spent over a decade at Boston Consulting Group, where he led large-scale transformation programmes across the industrial, consumer goods and retail sectors. Earlier in his career, he held senior operational roles at Toyota and Whirlpool, gaining experience in manufacturing, supply chain and performance improvement.
Moundir holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Logistics Management from Bordeaux Business School and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Aleix Busquets Gonzalez
Head of ESG
Aleix joined PAI in 2026 as Head of the ESG & Sustainability Team. He is responsible for developing PAI’s sustainability strategy and creating value through sustainability initiatives in the portfolio.
He joined from Levi Strauss & Co., where he was Senior Director of Sustainability. He previously held senior sustainability roles at C&A, where he led global sustainability and stakeholder engagement strategies, and Inditex, gaining experience in supply chain and sustainability across international organisations.
Aleix holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethical Trading from the University of Barcelona and a MSc in European Studies from the University of Helsinki.
Marie-Anne Vincent
ESG Director
Marie-Anne joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the ESG Team.
She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and sustainable investing, having held senior roles at AXA Climate, Sweep, and Carbon4 Finance, where she led ESG advisory and environmental data strategy. Earlier in her career, she worked at leading financial institutions including BNP Paribas and HSBC, developing expertise across climate, biodiversity, and institutional clients coverage.
She holds an MBA in Finance and Law from ESSEC Business School and is CFA ESG certified.
Fabien Grob
Managing Director
Fabien joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the PAI Performance Group, with a particular focus on digital and IT topics.
He joined from LIPTON Teas & Infusions, a private equity-backed company, where he was Chief Data and Information Officer.
He has also held senior roles in IT and digital functions at Aircall and Coty, gaining experience in managing IT operations, data and transformation initiatives. He started his career in IT consulting at Altran, Bain & Company and Messier Maris & Associés.
Fabien holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.
Edouard Arfi
Head of Group Accounting
Edouard joined PAI in 2026 as Head of Group Accounting and is a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from Showroomprivé.com, where he was Group Accounting Director. Previously, Edouard held roles in audit and financial control, gaining experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, budgeting and supervising international subsidiaries.
Edouard graduated from Aix-Marseille University and holds the French Certified Public Accountant qualification (DEC).
