Marlène joined PAI in 2019 and is a member of the Industrial Goods & Services Team, focusing on Industrial Services. She has been involved in the Apave, Armacell and ECF transactions.

Marlène previously worked at private equity firm Alpha in Paris, where she spent seven years working on a variety of transactions in the consumer and industrials space. Prior to Alpha, she worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London for two years. Marlène started her career as an auditor at Mazars LLP in New York.

Marlène holds a double Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Albin joined PAI in 2006. He is a member of the Industrial Goods & Services Team and has been involved in a number of investments including ADB Safegate, Albéa, Alvest, Kiloutou, Pasubio, StellaGroup and Xella.

He started his career as a Visiting Associate at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris.

Albin graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 2002 and holds a Master’s Degree from UC Berkeley in Engineering and Project Management, as well as the Management of Technology Certificate from the Haas School of Business.
