Meet the team
Daniel Frèches
Principal
Daniel joined PAI in 2024 and is a member of the Industrial Goods & Services Team, based in London. He has been involved in the Alvest and Mecaer Aviation Group investments.
Prior to joining PAI, Daniel spent 10 years in the Industrials Team at Advent International in London, where he was a Director. At Advent Daniel completed multiple successful investments, with a particular focus on Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Conglomerates, and Industrial Tech.
Prior to Advent, Daniel worked at The Boston Consulting Group in Paris and Casablanca, advising Industrial companies on strategy and operations. Prior to BCG, Daniel held various roles at Cinven, Goldman Sachs, and Rothschild.
Daniel graduated from HEC Paris with a MSc in Management.
