Hui joined PAI in 2025 and is a member of the UK Team, focusing on Business Services.
She joined PAI from Bain Capital, where she spent 11 years in the European Private Equity team, most recently as Managing Director. Hui started her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch focusing on UK Mergers & Acquisitions.
Hui graduated from the University of Cambridge in Economics and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Daniel joined PAI in 2024 and is a member of the Industrial Goods & Services Team, based in London.
Prior to joining PAI, Daniel spent 10 years in the Industrials Team at Advent International in London, where he was a Director. At Advent Daniel completed multiple successful investments, with a particular focus on Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Conglomerates, and Industrial Tech.
Prior to Advent, Daniel worked at The Boston Consulting Group in Paris and Casablanca, advising Industrial companies on strategy and operations. Prior to BCG, Daniel held various roles at Cinven, Goldman Sachs, and Rothschild.
Daniel graduated from HEC Paris with a Master of Science in Management.

Chamika Gajanayaka

Chamika joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Investment Group and the UK Team. He has been involved in the Audiotonix, ECF, HKA and Theramex investments.
He was previously at Rothschild & Co in London where he spent more than three years in the Consumer, Retail and Leisure M&A Team. During his time at Rothschild, Chamika also undertook a secondment to Ocado Retail, the world’s leading online grocer, where he was Chief of Staff to the CEO and assisted the management team with various strategic projects. He started his career at Cameron Partners, the Global Alliance Partner of Rothschild & Co in New Zealand, where he focussed on M&A for two years.
Chamika graduated from the Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Laws with first class honours and a Bachelor of Commerce. He has also completed all three levels of the CFA examinations.

John joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Investment Group and the UK Team. He has been involved in the Azets investment.
He joined us from L Catterton where he was an Investment Associate. Prior to this, John worked at Goldman Sachs in the Consumer, Retail and Healthcare M&A team.
John holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, a Master of Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge, and a BCL in law and history from University College Dublin.

David joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Investment Group and the UK Team. He has been involved in the Theramex investment.
Prior to joining the Investment Group, David interned at PAI for one year. He previously spent five years working within the Food and Consumer sector, both as a consultant with Newton Europe, and as an Operations Manager with Oscar Mayer.
David holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a BSc in Mathematics with Economics from the London School of Economics.

Neil joined PAI in 2019. He is Co-Head of the Business Services Team and a member of the UK Team. He has been involved in the Audiotonix, Azets and HKA investments.
He joined PAI from H.I.G. Capital where he spent nine years covering growth equity and leveraged buy-out investments in Europe completing many successful investments, with a particular focus on Industrials, Business Services and FinTech. Previously Neil spent four years at Cinven where he focused on investments in Industrials and Healthcare. He started his career in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley concentrating on European and UK mergers and acquisitions.
Neil graduated from Queens University Belfast with an M.Sc. in Finance and the University of Ulster with a B.A. in Business Studies.

UK TeamPartner Colm joined PAI in 2006 and heads PAI’s UK Team. He has been involved in a number of investments including Audiotonix, Azets, Froneri, HKA, Kwik-Fit, M Group Services, The Compleat Food Group, Theramex, United Biscuits and VPS.
He started his career at Hambros Bank in London and New-York working on various debt capital market and advisory transactions. He then moved to Deutsche Bank where he spent eight years in the Financial Sponsors Group working on a number of advisory and financing transactions for European private equity firms.
Colm graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons) in Economics from the University of Ulster and has an MBA from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and Wharton Business School in Philadelphia.

Matthew joined PAI in 2019 and is a member of the UK Team. He has been involved in the Azets, Froneri and The Compleat Food Group investments.
He started his career in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays in London, where he spent four years in the UK M&A advisory team. During his time at Barclays, Matthew also undertook a secondment to UK Government Investments, the government’s centre of expertise in corporate finance and governance, where he worked on a number of cross-Whitehall projects and transactions.
Matthew graduated from the University of Bristol with a first class Master’s Degree in Engineering.

Thomas joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Investment Group and the UK Team. He has been involved in the Audiotonix and M Group Services investments.
He worked previously at Bain & Company where he spent three years as a Consultant in the Private Equity Group focusing on a variety of transactions in different sectors.
Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive and Decision Sciences from University College London, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Maastricht. He is fluent in Dutch and English, and conversational in Spanish and German.
