Meet the team
Anna Silvestri
Investment Officer, Mid-Market Fund
Anna joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team.
She joined from Jacobs Holding where she worked as an Investment Associate in London. Prior to that, she was a Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in London and Milan. She also completed a six-month internship at PAI in New York. Anna holds a MSc in International Management from Bocconi University and a Master of Science in International Business from Fudan University. She also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Susannah Lindenfield
General Counsel & Head of Administration
Susannah joined PAI in 2025 as General Counsel and Head of Administration.
Susannah worked at Blackstone for 14 years, where she built and led the General Counsel function for APAC before moving to London as Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs for EMEA. She was most recently Head of Legal, International at PIMCO. She started her career at Cleary Gottlieb before joining KBC in London.
Susannah holds an LLB in English & French Law from King’s College London, a Masters in Private Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LLM in Comparative Law from McGill University.
Anna Harvey
ESG Associate
Anna joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the ESG Team. She focuses on the development and implementation of the firm’s sustainability strategy and supporting sustainability within the portfolio.
Before joining the ESG Team, she completed an internship with the team in London. Prior to PAI, Anna spent a year in the Environmental Investigations Team at Wessex Water, where she analysed the company’s interaction with the local freshwater system and biodiversity.
Anna holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Bath.
Annabelle von Barczy
Investment Officer
Annabelle joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Investment Group. She has been involved in the Audiotonix, Cyrus and The Looping Group investments.
She joined from J.P. Morgan where she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the EMEA Consumer & Retail team. Prior to that, she also completed internships at J.P. Morgan, Astorg and Rothschild & Co.
Annabelle holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School.
Anna Ganeeva
Finance Director
Anna joined PAI in 2020 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
Anna started her career at KPMG (Moscow) where she spent three years as an Auditor for the industrial markets. She then worked for Deloitte in Paris for nearly four years as a Financial Audit Manager, where she focused on asset management and was a team leader.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Money, Bank and Finance from Panthéon Sorbonne Paris 1 as well as a Master’s Degree in Financial Markets from the National Research University – Higher School of Economics (Moscow).
