Chloé Grandclaude
Legal Officer
Chloé joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team..
She joined from Bridgepoint in Luxembourg, where she served as Legal Counsel, Luxembourg Lead and Board Member, overseeing corporate and transactional legal matters for the private equity strategy and leading the Luxembourg legal team. Prior to that, she was a Legal and Corporate Associate at Silver Holdings, managing legal and corporate matters across a broad portfolio of Luxembourg and international entities.
Chloé holds a Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law from the University of Lorraine (Nancy).
Chloé Cotin
Compliance Officer
Chloé joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Compliance Team.
She joined from Eurazeo, where she spent five years as a Senior Associate in Compliance and Internal Control, and was responsible for liaising with the AMF, regulatory monitoring, regulatory implementation and advising operational teams on all compliance matters. Prior to that, she worked at Covéa Finance and Portzamparc.
Chloé holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Institut de Gestion de Rennes, specialising in Audit, Risk, and Asset Management.
