Hedi Ait-Moussa
Investment Officer
Hedi joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the Investment Group.
He joined from Partners Group in London, where he was an Associate in the European Healthcare Team.
Prior to this, Hedi completed internships at PAI, CVC Capital Partners and Deutsche Bank.
Hedi holds degrees from Paris Dauphine University and ESSEC Business School.
Seva Karpauskaite
Investment Director
Seva joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investment Group.
She joined PAI from Advent International, where she was an Assistant Director in the Industrials Team. Seva started her career as a consultant at Bain & Company.
Seva holds a Master’s degree in International Relations & Economics from John Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in in Politics, Psychology and Sociology from the University of Cambridge.
Frédéric Stévenin
Managing Partner
Frédéric is a Managing Partner. He also chairs the firm’s Investment Committee.
He first joined the firm in 1993 and spent five years in the then Food & Beverage Team. In 1998, he joined Deutsche Bank / Bankers Trust in the European Acquisition Finance Group as a Director and subsequently as Managing Director. In June 2001, he returned to PAI, where he has been involved in a large number of transactions including Alphia, Atos Medical, B&B Hotels, Cerba Healthcare, Chr. Hansen, Cyrus, DomusVi, Elis, ELITechGroup, Ethypharm, Froneri, Kaufman & Broad, Labeyrie Fine Foods, Marcolin, Panzani-Lustucru, Refresco, Roompot, Provimi, Saeco, United Biscuits and Yoplait.
Frédéric studied at ESCP and started his career with Banque Paribas in the Advisory team of the Private Banking division.
