Inès El Yatime
Accountant
Inès joined PAI in 2025 as an Accountant in the Corporate Operations Team.
She joined from EA Pharma, where she worked as a General Accountant. Prior to that, she was an Accountant at Conexa, an accounting firm.
Inès holds a Diploma in Accounting and Management (DCG).
Isabelle McTaggart
Investment Officer
Isabelle joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Investment Group.
She joined from J.P. Morgan, where she worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the UK Diversified Industries team.
Isabelle holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London.
Gabriel Rich
Investment Associate
Gabriel joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investment Group.
He joined from PJT Partners, where he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for two years. Prior to that, he completed an internship in the Financial Sponsor Group at Credit Suisse.
Gabriel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from UCLA.
Celia Parraud-Apparu
Officer – Chief of Staff
Célia joined PAI in 2025 as an Officer – Chief of Staff in Paris.
She joined from Deloitte where she spent four years as a Manager in Strategy & Deal Advisory and was involved in a number of M&A projects, leading closing, carve-out and integration activities. During her time at Deloitte, Célia also served as Chief of Staff to the lead Partner of IT and Ops M&A.
Prior to this, she worked as a tech and data Consultant.
Celia holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University, and a MSc from the Interdisciplinary Research Center in Paris.
Susannah Lindenfield
General Counsel & Head of Administration
Susannah joined PAI in 2025 as General Counsel and Head of Administration.
Susannah worked at Blackstone for 14 years, where she built and led the General Counsel function for APAC before moving to London as Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs for EMEA. She was most recently Head of Legal, International at PIMCO. She started her career at Cleary Gottlieb before joining KBC in London.
Susannah holds an LLB in English & French Law from King’s College London, a Masters in Private Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LLM in Comparative Law from McGill University.
Magali Tchenquela Manicom
Accountant
Magali joined PAI in 2019. She is an Associate in the Corporate Operations Team, having started at PAI as an Assistant to the Luxembourg Team.
Prior to that, Magali worked for 11 years at Deloitte in Luxembourg as a Project Management Assistant (PMA) and PMA Coordinator for banks and financial services providers.
Magali holds a degree in Language, Literature and Foreign Civilisation from Paris III, Sorbonne Nouvelle University.
Marco Bellino
Partner
Marco joined PAI in 2025 as Head of the Flagship Fund in Italy.
Marco joined from Ardian, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s coverage and building the Italian buyout team over the course of 12 years. During his time at Ardian, he advanced to the positions of Managing Director and Deputy Head of Buyout Italy.
Prior to this, Marco worked as an investor at Hutton Collins and began his career in investment banking at UBS.
Marco graduated from HEC Paris.
Gaëlle d’Engremont
Partner
Gaëlle joined PAI in 2004 and is the Head of the Food & Consumer Team. She has been involved in a number of investments including Asmodee, B&B Hotels, Chr. Hansen, Ecotone, European Camping Group, Euro Ethnic Foods, Froneri, Innovad, Labeyrie Fine Foods, NovaTaste, Perstorp, Roompot, The Compleat Food Group and United Biscuits.
She started her career at Unibail, where she spent two years, before spending four years at Group Casino.
Gaëlle graduated from ESSEC in 1997.
