Meet the team
Julie Gautier
Partner
Julie joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Food & Consumer Team. She has been involved in the Euro Ethnic Foods, Innovad and NovaTaste investments.
She joined PAI after 12 years of experience in M&A. She was previously an M&A Director at Casino Group. Prior to Casino, she worked at the boutique investment bank Messier Maris & Associés.
Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Sciences Po Paris.
Julienne Duvinage
Investment Associate
Julienne joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investment Group.
She joined from Waterland Private Equity in Hamburg, where she worked as an Investment Associate. Prior to Waterland, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Julienne holds a Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from FOM University of Applied Sciences.
Alison Gautier
Finance Officer
Alison joined PAI in 2023 as a member of the Corporate Operation Team.
She joined from Cartonnages Gallia, where she was the Administrative and Financial Manager. Prior to that, Alison worked for eight years at RZ Expertise Comptable et Conseil, PAI’s accounting and payroll agency.
Alison is a Chartered Accountant and holds DSCG and DEC certifications.
