Chloé Grandclaude
Legal Officer
Chloé joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team..
She joined from Bridgepoint in Luxembourg, where she served as Legal Counsel, Luxembourg Lead and Board Member, overseeing corporate and transactional legal matters for the private equity strategy and leading the Luxembourg legal team. Prior to that, she was a Legal and Corporate Associate at Silver Holdings, managing legal and corporate matters across a broad portfolio of Luxembourg and international entities.
Chloé holds a Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law from the University of Lorraine (Nancy).
Vijay Ananthula
Investment Associate
Vijay joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Investment Group.
He joined from Bank of America, where he spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst. Prior to that, he completed an internship at Bank of America, working with the Healthcare and Consumer & Retail teams.
Vijay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Vanderbilt University.
Julienne Duvinage
Investment Associate
Julienne joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investment Group.
She joined from Waterland Private Equity in Hamburg, where she worked as an Investment Associate. Prior to Waterland, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Julienne holds a Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from FOM University of Applied Sciences.
Nicolas Kachaner
Senior Adviser
Nicolas is a Senior Adviser to the PAI Performance Group.
He is one of the key figures behind the successful development of BCG in France and Europe in recent decades and has deep expertise in private equity and value creation across various fields and sectors.
In his time at BCG, Nicolas served as Managing Director and Senior Partner of BCG in Paris, London, Brussels and Casablanca. In addition, he led the Strategy practice for 10 years, launched the BCG turnaround unit, and built out the firm’s expert career track to a team of 140 experts in Europe.
Andrea Degioanni
Principal
Andrea joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Italy Team.
He previously spent eight years at The Carlyle Group in Milan, where he focused on investments in the industrial and food sectors in Italy. During his time there, he contributed to the growth of the local team and most recently served as a Principal.
Andrea began his career in Investment Banking at UBS.
He holds a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University.
Alvaro Molina de Ena
Investment Director
Alvaro joined PAI in 2025 as a Director in the Investment Group. He is also part of the Spain Team.
He joined from EQT Partners, where he was a Vice President in London, covering growth & buyout investments in Technology across EMEA, with a focus in Spain.
Previously, Alvaro worked at Warburg Pincus for over three years, where he was involved in growth & buyout investments across several sectors, including Technology, Education and Consumer. Alvaro started his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in London.
Alvaro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), and also simultaneously pursued Bachelor’s degrees in both Politics and Economics through UNED.
Susannah Lindenfield
General Counsel & Head of Administration
Susannah joined PAI in 2025 as General Counsel and Head of Administration.
Susannah worked at Blackstone for 14 years, where she built and led the General Counsel function for APAC before moving to London as Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs for EMEA. She was most recently Head of Legal, International at PIMCO. She started her career at Cleary Gottlieb before joining KBC in London.
Susannah holds an LLB in English & French Law from King’s College London, a Masters in Private Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LLM in Comparative Law from McGill University.
Daryl Letrillard
Finance Analyst
Daryl joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined as a Finance Analyst after completing his internship at PAI.
Prior to this, Daryl completed two internships as a Private Equity Analyst at Elevation Capital Partners and as a Treasury Intern at Luxair.
Daryl holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School.
