Meet the team
Sam Javaherian
Principal
Sam joined PAI in 2017 and is a member of the Business Services Team. He has been involved in the Areas, Asmodee, Cyrus and Tropicana transactions.
He started his career at Rothschild & Cie in Paris, where he spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst.
Sam graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 2015 (Quantitative Economics & Finance track with HEC Paris), and holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University in Management Science & Engineering.
Samuel Zaré
Director
Samuel joined PAI in 2023 as a member of the Investor Team in the Client & Capital Group.
He joined from Apax Partners, where he spent almost three years in the Investor Relations team. Prior to that, he worked in Corporate Finance at KPMG for four years.
Samuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from LSE and is a qualified accountant (ACA).
