Meet the team
Sébastien Lesueur
Head of IT
Sébastien joined PAI in 2025 as Head of IT within the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from Sienna Investment Managers, a pan-European asset manager, where he served as Group Chief Technology and Information Officer for four years. Prior to that, he held various IT roles at banking institutions, including Union Financière de France and La Banque Postale, for 15 years. He began his career as a consultant in the CIO Advisory practice at Deloitte, where he worked for six years.
Sébastien graduated from ENSAM ParisTech with a degree in Engineering and holds an Executive Master’s in Senior Banking Management from ESSEC Business School and ESBanque.
Sébastien Aguinet
IT Contract Manager
Sébastien joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from Metaline, where he was an IT Project Manager, working closely with financial and healthcare institutions.
Prior to Metaline, Sébastien held roles at Sopra Group and Eryma.
Sébastien graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science and Networking for Industrial and Technical Services.
Sébastien Veil
Partner
Sébastien is Head of the Healthcare Team. He initially joined PAI in 2008 and then rejoined the firm in 2021 after a five-year break at Advent International, where he was responsible for healthcare and business services investments in the French market. Sébastien has been involved in a number of investments including CEP, Cerba Healthcare, ELITechGroup, Ethypharm, Grupo Konecta, Kiloutou, Theramex, Veonet and VPS.
Sébastien has also worked as an adviser to the French President on social issues. He started his career as a judge at the French Supreme Court of Administrative Justice (Conseil d’Etat), with a specialty in healthcare law.
Sébastien graduated with a Master of Public Administration from ENA, a Master’s degree in Political Science from Sciences Po and a MSc in Economics from ENS.
