Meet the team
Victoire Lerebours Pigeonnière
Investment Officer
Victoire joined PAI in 2023 as a member of the Investment Group.
She joined from Tikehau Capital, where she spent two years as an Analyst on their graduate program.
Prior to this, Victoire completed internships at Deutsche Bank in London and Lazard in Paris.
Victoire holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University, a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School, and a Master’s Degree in Economics, Corporate Finance and Data Analytics from Ecole Polytechnique.
Chloé Grandclaude
Legal Officer
Chloé joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team..
She joined from Bridgepoint in Luxembourg, where she served as Legal Counsel, Luxembourg Lead and Board Member, overseeing corporate and transactional legal matters for the private equity strategy and leading the Luxembourg legal team. Prior to that, she was a Legal and Corporate Associate at Silver Holdings, managing legal and corporate matters across a broad portfolio of Luxembourg and international entities.
Chloé holds a Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law from the University of Lorraine (Nancy).
Olivia Le Goff
Fund Structuring Officer
Olivia joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
She joined from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where she worked as a lawyer in the Private Funds team, advising on fund formation across private equity, venture capital, infrastructure and other private fund strategies. Prior to that, she spent over three years at Gide Loyrette Nouel, specialising in private funds and advising asset managers and institutional investors on fund structuring and regulatory matters.
Olivia holds an LLM in International Financial Law from King’s College London, as well as a Specialised Master’s degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School.
Damien Schuind
Fund Operations Director
Damien joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
Damien brings more than 20 years of experience in fund services. He joined from Arendt Investor Services, where he was a Senior Manager overseeing accounting and fund operations for private equity, real estate, debt and securitisation structures. Earlier in his career, he spent over twelve years at Alter Domus, specialising in private equity, real estate and liquidation services.
Damien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Haute École Robert Schuman in Belgium and has been a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg since 2008.
Vijay Ananthula
Investment Associate
Vijay joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Investment Group.
He joined from Bank of America, where he spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst. Prior to that, he completed an internship at Bank of America, working with the Healthcare and Consumer & Retail teams.
Vijay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Vanderbilt University.
Yifan Shen
Associate
Yifan joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Client & Capital Group.
She joined from Deutsche Bank, where she was an Investment Banking Associate in the Global Industrials team.
Yifan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with Social Data Science from University College London.
David Bucke
Chief Information Security Officer
David joined PAI in 2026 as Chief Information Security Officer.
He joined from Montagu Private Equity, where he spent eight years, most recently serving as Head of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security. Prior to Montagu, David held roles at Mirus IT Solutions and Bright Technology.
David holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certifications from ISC², the internationally recognised professional body for cybersecurity certification and standards.
Isabelle McTaggart
Investment Officer
Isabelle joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the Investment Group.
She joined from J.P. Morgan, where she worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the UK Diversified Industries team.
Isabelle holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London.
