Prior to that, Shane held a number of roles within Credit Suisse’s EMEA Leveraged Finance franchise, having joined the firm in 2007.

    Laurent joined PAI in 2001 and heads the General Industrials Sector Team. He has been involved in a number of transactions including ADB Safegate, InnoVista, FTE, Global Closure Systems and Michel Thierry.

    He started his career with Bossard Consultants in Paris and then worked for the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in London.

    Laurent graduated from ESSEC in 1990 and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. His French and English are fluent, and he is conversational in Spanish.

    Caterina joined PAI in 2013 and is in charge of Responsible Investment and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) strategy within PAI. She started her career in the field of International Relations and Responsible Investment in the Private Equity sector.

    She graduated from Trieste University (Italy) with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development from Paris Dauphine University and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility Management from IAE Gustave Eiffel (Paris XII University).

    Her Italian, English and French are fluent, and she is conversational in Portuguese and Spanish.

    Trevor joined PAI in 2017 and is a member of the US Team.

    Previously, Trevor was an associate at Water Street Healthcare Partners, a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm. Prior to joining Water Street, he was an investment banking analyst in the healthcare group at Citi in New York.

    Trevor holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in economics. He is a native English speaker and also speaks Spanish (conversational) and French (basic).

    Ricardo joined PAI in 1999 and manages PAI’s Spain Team. He has been involved in a number of transactions including Mivisa, Cortefiel, Swissport and Konecta.

    He started his career at Arthur Andersen in Madrid and subsequently worked at Deutsche Bank in London in the Equity Capital Markets department. He joined Paribas in January 1996 in the Corporate Finance Group, responsible for Spain and Portugal where he advised on numerous Spanish M&A transactions and structured equity offerings for medium-sized companies.

    Ricardo graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, and from the London Business School with a Master’s Degree in Finance. His Spanish, French and English are fluent, and he is conversational in Portuguese.

    Carl joined PAI in 2008 as a member of the Nordic Team and has been involved in several transactions including Perstorp, Chr. Hansen, Hunkemöller and Atos Medical.

    He started his career at Deutsche Bank in London, where he spent four years in investment banking working principally on M&A and capital markets transactions in the Capital Goods sector.

    Carl holds a Master of Science from Stockholm School of Economics and certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School.  He is fluent in Swedish and English and he is conversational in French.

    Frédéric is the partner in charge of the Food & Consumer and Healthcare Sector Teams.

    He first joined PAI in 1993 and spent five years in the Food & Beverage Sector Team. In 1998, he joined Deutsche Bank / Bankers Trust in the European Acquisition Finance Group as a Director and subsequently as Managing Director. In June 2001, he returned to PAI, where he has been involved in a number of transactions including Panzani, Amora Maille, William Saurin, Antargaz, Yoplait, Elis, Panzani-Lustucru, Saeco, Chr. Hansen, UB, Kaufman & Broad, Cerba, Marcolin, Froneri, DomusVi and Labeyrie.

    Frédéric studied at ESCP, and started his career with Banque Paribas in the Advisory team of the Private Banking division. His French and English are fluent, and he is conversational in Spanish.

    Franck joined PAI in 2011 and has been involved in many deals including Cerba, Marcolin and Labeyrie among others.

    He started his career at Procter & Gamble with management roles at manufacturing facilities in France, Italy and the US. After seven years at P&G, he joined the Operations practice at McKinsey & Co., focusing on manufacturing, supply chain and capital expenditure, serving clients in the industrial and consumer goods sectors.

    Franck studied Innovation and Production Systems at the Ecole Centrale Paris. His French and English are fluent, and he is conversational in both Spanish and Italian.

    Arnaud van Tichelen joined PAI in 2017 as a member of the Investment Group.

    He started his career at UBS in London, where he spent three years working in the Consumer & Retail M&A team. He then spent three years at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) in the Direct Private Equity team in London.

    Arnaud holds a double degree in Business Administration from the ICADE Madrid and the Reims Management School with a major in Finance. He speaks French, Spanish and English fluently.

    Raffaele joined PAI in 2002 and heads PAI’s Italy and US Teams. He has been involved in a number of transactions including Saeco, Coin, The Nuance Group and Marcolin.

    Raffaele started his career in the Corporate Finance Department of Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, London and Milan. In 1993, he became one of the founding partners of Vitale Borghesi & Co, which became part of the Lazard Group in 1998.

    Raffaele graduated from Rollins College (USA) in Business Administration. His Italian, English and French are fluent.

    He started his career with Paribas Capital Markets.

    Olivier graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1975, from ENSAE in 1980 and from the Centre de Perfectionnement dans l’Administration des Affaires in 1994. His French and English are fluent, and he is conversational in German.

    Evan joined PAI in 2016 and is a member of the US Team.

    Prior to joining PAI, Evan spent ten years at CI Capital Partners, a New York-based middle market private equity firm. At CI, Evan executed a number of transactions in the consumer, general industrials and business services sectors. Before CI, he worked at Lehman Brothers, spending time in both its Leveraged Finance and Equity Capital Markets groups.

    Evan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Longwood University. He is a native English speaker and he is conversational in French.

    Emmanuel joined PAI in 2005 as a member of the Finance Team.

    He started his career with KPMG’s Audit Department before spending five years at BDO Marque & Gendrot as a manager in their private equity and banking divisions.

    Emmanuel graduated from ISEG Paris and holds a Diploma in accounting and financing (DESCF). His French and English are fluent.
