    Chris joined PAI in 2008. He is a member of the UK and Business Services teams, and has been involved in a number of transactions including Froneri, M Group Services, VPS and United Biscuits.

    He started his career in London at Credit Suisse in 2001. He later moved to J.P. Morgan, where he worked in the M&A and Equity Capital Markets teams and successfully executed many transactions across a range of sectors.

    Chris studied Economics and Politics at Bristol University. He is fluent in English, French and Portuguese.

    She joined from private equity firm Alpha in Paris where she spent seven years working on a variety of transactions in the consumer and industrials space. Prior to Alpha, she worked two years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London. Marlene started her career as an auditor at Mazars LLP in New York.

    She holds a double Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées & Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is fluent in French and English and conversational in German.

    Philip joined PAI in 2018 as a member of the Investment Group and the Nordics Team. He has been involved in the Asmodee and World Freight Company transactions.

    He started his career in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan in London, where he spent two years, first in the Oil & Gas team and then in the Nordic M&A team. He then spent two years working in private equity for Rhône Group in London.

    Philip studied Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. He is fluent in Swedish and English.

    Maud graduated from ESCP and holds a Master’s in Corporate Law from the University Paris XI. She is fluent in French and English and conversational in Italian, German and Spanish.

    He was previously a Director at Portobello Capital, a leading Spanish private equity firm where he spent more than 12 years and earned extensive expertise in deal making and execution. He was involved in nine deals in the Food & Consumer, Business Services and Healthcare sectors. He started his career within a family office in Madrid.

    Raúl graduated in Business Administration & Finance from CUNEF (Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros) in Madrid. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

    Geneviève joined PAI in 2012. She started out at PAI as a Project Assistant and is now a Communications Coordinator.

    Geneviève works transversally with the different deal teams as well as the Investor Team. She is in charge of print, videos, website, templates and visual guidelines. Prior to this, Geneviève worked as a graphic designer and webmaster at Sociovision, a market research company.

    She has a BA degree in English and Russian, a diploma in graphic design and is a specialist in computer graphics. She is fluent in French and English.

    She started her career at Deloitte as an auditor of investment funds and companies. Lamina then joined Marker Management Consulting where she spent five years as a Senior Consultant and then Manager.

    Lamina holds a Master’s Degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense. She is fluent in English and French.

    She works transversally with the different country teams. She is responsible for the administration of staff & payroll  in Paris, PAI’s global training programs, the administration of interns and on-boarding. Isabelle has a long experience of the various HR functions and previously worked more than 20 years at A.T. Kearney.

At McKinsey & Company he was a member of the Corporate Finance and Private Equity practices, advising European private equity firms on investments, portfolio company value creation and exits. He also worked as CFO and deputy CEO for Unibet Plc, a European online gaming company.

    Ragnar holds a Master’s of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology in Linkoping. He is fluent in Swedish and English and conversational in French and Danish.

He then worked at Lehman Brothers (and following its acquisition, Nomura) where he became Managing Director and Head of the European Corporate & Leveraged Finance group, and was also a member of Lehman’s Global High Yield Commitment Committee.

    Ivan first joined PAI in 2000 as a member of the Investment Group, where he was involved in a number of transactions including Elis. In 2004 Ivan started to focus on PAI’s investor relations and fundraising activities.

    In 2008, he joined Fondations Capital as Partner, Chief Operating Officer. Late 2010, he rejoined PAI as a member of the Investor Team. Since 2017, he has also been overseeing PAI’s ESG Team and is the Chairman of PAI Community, the firm’s charitable foundation.

    He started his career at Paribas, holding an e-business consulting role to various business lines within the investment bank in Paris, New York and London.

    Ivan graduated from the Institut National des Télécommunications (INT) and holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the Université d’Evry. He is fluent in French and English and conversational in German.

Previously Neil spent four years at Cinven where he focused on investments in Industrials and Healthcare. He started his career in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley concentrating on European and UK mergers and acquisitions.

    He started his career at Bain & Company in Zurich where he worked from 2001 to 2007. He then became Vice President at Stone Tower Capital, a middle market buyout fund based in New York, before working at AEA Investors, where he was involved in several transactions in the industrial and service sectors and responsible for the German office for seven years.

    Mirko joined PAI in 2007 and is the Chairman of PAI’s Germany Team. He has been involved in a number of transactions including FTE, Hunkemöller and Xella.

    He started his career at McKinsey & Co. in Munich where he spent nine years as a Partner in the Retail & Consumer sector. In 1997 he joined KarstadtQuelle AG, one of the largest non-food retailers in Europe, where he spent four years as an Executive Vice President and a member of the Management Board in charge of marketing/sales/e-commerce and purchasing. He joined Apax Partners in 2001 where he was a Partner and European Head of the Retail & Consumer sector.

    Mirko holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Diplom Kaufmann) from the European Business School (EBS Oestrich-Winkel), an MBA from Colgate Darden/University of Virginia, and a PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of Frankfurt. He is fluent in German, English and French.

    Shane joined PAI from Credit Suisse where he was most recently a Director in EMEA Leveraged Finance Capital Markets. Shane’s role involved underwriting and syndicating primary high-yield bonds and leveraged loans on behalf of private equity backed companies. Prior to that, Shane held a number of roles within Credit Suisse’s EMEA Leveraged Finance franchise, having joined the firm in 2007.

    Shane is a graduate of the University of Dublin, Trinity College. He is fluent in English and French.

    Charlotte graduated from ESSEC Business School in 2010, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas. Furthermore, she has held the Professional Lawyer’s Certification (CAPA) since 2010 and has been admitted to the Paris Bar. She is fluent in English and French.

    He first joined the firm in 1993 and spent five years in the then Food & Beverage Team. In 1998, he joined Deutsche Bank / Bankers Trust in the European Acquisition Finance Group as a Director and subsequently as Managing Director. In June 2001, he returned to PAI, where he has been involved in a large number of transactions including Atos Medical, B&B Hotels, Cerba Healthcare, Chr. Hansen, DomusVi, Elis, ELITechGroup, Ethypharm, Froneri, Kaufman & Broad, Labeyrie Fine Foods, Marcolin, Panzani-Lustucru, Refresco, Roompot, Provimi, Saeco, United Biscuits and Yoplait.

    Arnaud holds a double degree in Business Administration from the ICADE Madrid and the Reims Management School with a major in Finance. He speaks French, Spanish and English fluently.
