Jessica du Vivier
HR Talent & Development Director
Jessica joined PAI in 2023 as a member of the HR Team, with a specific focus on talent management & HR development.
She previously worked at Ardian, where she was HR Development Senior Manager and HR Business Partner for the international investment and support functions. Jessica brings more than eleven years of experience in recruitment, learning & development management and in promoting diversity & inclusion in the workplace. She started her career at Sagem.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree from EBS and a Master of Human Resources from PPA.
Julienne Duvinage
Investment Associate
Julienne joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investment Group.
She joined from Waterland Private Equity in Hamburg, where she worked as an Investment Associate. Prior to Waterland, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Julienne holds a Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from FOM University of Applied Sciences.
Dumitru Berzoi
Compliance Officer
Dumitru joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Compliance Team.
He joined from Alter Domus where he worked as Compliance & Regulatory Senior Officer for almost two years. Prior to his tenure at Alter Domus, he performed an internship at Amazon as Program Manager.
Dumitru holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials and Mechanical Engineering from University of Metz and a Master in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering from Institut Supérieur de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace.
Jessica Cascelli
Investment Officer, Mid-Market Fund
Jessica joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team. She has been involved in the Beautynova, Orion and Scrigno investments.
Prior to joining the MMF Team, she interned at PAI for one year, participating in the acquisition process of Pasubio, and previously completed an internship at Ardian.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a MSc in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in Milan.
Pierre-Guilhem de La Tour du Pin
Head of Financial Performance & Transformation
Pierre-Guilhem joined PAI in 2014 and is Head of Financial Performance & Transformation. He was previously a member of the Food & Consumer Team.
Pierre-Guilhem has been involved in a number of investments including Albéa, Apave, Areas, B&B Hotels, Cerba Healthcare, DomusVi, European Camping Group, Euro Ethnic Foods and Innovista Sensors.
Pierre-Guilhem studied Finance at Université Paris Dauphine – PSL.
Eric Denel
Conducting Officer
Eric joined PAI in 2019 as a member of the Compliance Team and is a Conducting Officer for PAI Luxembourg, in charge of Risk Management and Compliance.
Previously, he worked as a Senior Manager within BDO Audit and Deloitte, and as Head of Compliance at Mazars in Luxembourg.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Controlling from the University of Strasbourg and is a Réviseur d’Entreprises (Chartered Accountant) in Luxembourg.
Ayman Feki
Managing Director
Ayman joined PAI in 2018 as a member of the Capital Markets Team in the Client & Capital Group. He is also Co-Head of the Investment Group.
He started his career at Deutsche Bank where he spent four years in the French M&A and European Leveraged Finance teams. Ayman graduated from ESCP Europe and holds an Executive Degree in Strategy & Finance from Columbia University.
Maxime Miossec
Conducting Officer – Finance Director
Maxime joined PAI in 2017 and is a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team.
Maxime has a combined experience in audit of nearly 10 years in Paris and Luxembourg. He worked at Deloitte in Paris for four years and then five years at KPMG in Luxembourg as an Audit Manager within the investment management sector, including private equity structures.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Lyon, with a specialism in private equity and transactions.
