Alessandro Di Donna
Investment Officer
Alessandro joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the Investment Group.
He joined from Bain & Company, Milan where he worked as a Senior Associate Consultant within the Private Equity Group serving large-cap private equity funds across a number of transactions in different industries.
Alessandro holds a Master’s in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering From the University of West London.
Moundir Rachidi
Managing Director
Moundir joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the PAI Performance Group, with a particular focus on operational topics.
He joined from GXO Logistics, where he was Global Chief Transformation & Operations Performance Officer. He previously spent over a decade at Boston Consulting Group, where he led large-scale transformation programmes across the industrial, consumer goods and retail sectors. Earlier in his career, he held senior operational roles at Toyota and Whirlpool, gaining experience in manufacturing, supply chain and performance improvement.
Moundir holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Logistics Management from Bordeaux Business School and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Ferdinand Ciavaldini
Investment Director
Ferdinand joined PAI in 2025 as a member of the Investment Group. He has been involved in the Cyrus investment.
He previously worked at Eurazeo as a Vice President in the Capital team, focusing on mid-to-large market Private Equity in the Tech-enabled Business Services and Financial Services sectors. Prior to that, he was a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Ferdinand graduated from HEC Paris, where he also completed a Bachelor of Law in partnership with the University of Versailles and the CEMS Master’s in International Management with the University of St. Gallen.
Hedi Ait-Moussa
Investment Officer
Hedi joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the Investment Group.
He joined from Partners Group in London, where he was an Associate in the European Healthcare Team.
Prior to this, Hedi completed internships at PAI, CVC Capital Partners and Deutsche Bank.
Hedi holds degrees from Paris Dauphine University and ESSEC Business School.
Celeste Maria di Pietro
Investment Officer
Celeste joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Investment Group.
She joined from Citigroup Global Markets, where she has spent almost two years as an M&A Analyst in the EMEA Mobility & Capital Goods team.
Celeste holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Bocconi University.
Claudia Cuellar
Investment Officer, Mid-Market Fund
Claudia joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team. She has been involved in the Nuzoa and Uvesco investments.
She joined from Credit Suisse in London, where she worked for three years in M&A across multiple sectors.
Claudia holds a BSc in International Management and French from the University of Bath.
Aïchatou Diop
Head of Compliance
Aïchatou joined PAI in 2020 as Head of Compliance.
Aïchatou brings 20 years of compliance & finance experience within the financial services and funds industry, most recently as the COO of Andera Partners (formerly Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners) where she managed compliance and corporate legal matters.
Prior to Andera, Aïchatou held various compliance and finance positions at Groupama Private Equity and Ernst & Young where she was an auditor. Aïchatou has wide expertise in all regulatory aspects, including the set-up and spin-off of investment companies, as well as strong knowledge of risk mitigation.
Aïchatou holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Université de Paris II Assas and an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is also a member of the “Société Française des Analystes Financiers” (SFAF).
Marie-Anne Vincent
ESG Director
Marie-Anne joined PAI in 2026 as a member of the ESG Team.
She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and sustainable investing, having held senior roles at AXA Climate, Sweep, and Carbon4 Finance, where she led ESG advisory and environmental data strategy. Earlier in her career, she worked at leading financial institutions including BNP Paribas and HSBC, developing expertise across climate, biodiversity, and institutional clients coverage.
She holds an MBA in Finance and Law from ESSEC Business School and is CFA ESG certified.
