Maud joined PAI in 2019 and heads PAI’s US Team. She has been involved in the Refresco and Tropicana Brands Group transactions.
She was previously with Investcorp where she spent more than 18 years, most recently as a Managing Director in New York and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. She started her career in M&A at Salomon Brothers and Merrill Lynch in London.
Maud graduated from ESCP and holds a Master’s in Corporate Law from the University Paris XI.

He was previously at H.I.G. Capital, where he spent 9 years as an investor for the Middle Market private equity strategy in New York, focusing on investments across various industries. His experience at H.I.G. includes a 12-month secondment at a portfolio company in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to H.I.G., Joe began his career as an analyst at Rothschild in New York.
Joe holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Drew joined PAI in 2023 and is a member of the Business Services Team and the US Team.
He was previously a Director at 3i Group in New York, focusing on the Business Services, Industrial Technology, and Software sectors.
Prior to this, Drew spent five years with The Carlyle Group, having previously worked at Aurora Capital Group. He started his career on the investment banking team at Goldman Sachs.
Drew holds a BA in Mathematical Economics and International Relations from Pomona College in California and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Caleigh joined from Credit Suisse where she worked within the Global Industrials Group in New York. Prior to that, she completed internships at Credit Suisse and at M2O Private Fund Advisors.
Caleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Amherst College in Massachusetts.

Previously, Trevor was an associate at Water Street Healthcare Partners, a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm. Prior to joining Water Street, he was an investment banking analyst in the healthcare group at Citi in New York.
Trevor holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in Economics.

Previously, Dekel was an associate at KKR in their Americas Consumer & Retail private equity group. Prior to joining KKR, he was an analyst at Moelis & Company in Los Angeles.
Dekel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Winston joined PAI in 2022 and leads PAI’s consumer activities in North America. He has been involved in the Alphia investment.
He was previously at Vestar Capital Partners, where he spent 14 years, most recently as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Consumer, in addition to serving as a Director on a number of consumer, food and beverage companies.
Prior to Vestar, Winston was a member of the Leveraged Finance team at Lehman Brothers and the secondaries team at CSFB Private Equity.
Winston holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics-Political Science from Columbia University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
