She started her career at Roland Berger in Paris as a strategy consultant, where she spent two years.

Marlène joined PAI in 2019 and is a member of the Business Services Team. She is also a Co-Head of the Investment Group. She was involved in the Apave and Armacell transactions.
She joined from private equity firm Alpha in Paris where she spent seven years working on a variety of transactions in the consumer and industrials space. Prior to Alpha, she worked two years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London. Marlene started her career as an auditor at Mazars LLP in New York.
She holds a double Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées & Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is fluent in French and English, and conversational in German.

Benoit joined PAI in 2020 as a member of the Investment Group. He is now a member of the Healthcare Team. He has been involved in the Tropicana Brands Group and Zahneins investments.
He joined from Morgan Stanley where he spent four years in the EMEA Healthcare Team, most recently as a Vice-President. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he spent four years at Alpha Private Equity in Paris where he focused on a variety of transactions, notably in the consumer, business services and industrials sectors.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Strategy as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from Sciences Po Paris.
Benoit is fluent in French and English.

He started his career at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he spent two years structuring large scale infrastructure transactions.
Alexandre graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique in 2002 and holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Stanford University, where he was also a teaching assistant in Economics. He is fluent in French and English, and conversational in Spanish.

She started her career at Unibail, where she spent two years, before spending four years at Group Casino.

She was previously an M&A Director at Casino Group where she spent more than five years and worked on various international transactions. Prior to Casino, she spent six years as a VP at Investment Bank Messier Maris & Associés.
Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Sciences Po Paris. She is fluent in French and English, and conversational in Spanish.

Hemant joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the London and Healthcare teams.
He was previously at JP Morgan Chase, where he spent almost four years in the Healthcare team. Prior to this, Hemant worked for three years in Healthcare with Deutsche Bank and was a consultant with Accenture covering TMT and Healthcare clients for four years.
Hemant holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Duke University in North Carolina and a BSc in Information Systems and Management and Finance from Singapore Management University.
He is fluent in English and Hindi.

He joined from H.I.G. Capital where he spent seven years working across a variety of subsectors, primarily in the industrials and business services space. Prior to H.I.G., he worked at McKinsey & Company, where he specialised in similar areas, and Credit Suisse’s Global M&A team in New York.
Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from European Business School Oestrich-Winkel and an MBA with distinction from New York University. He is fluent in German and English, and conversational in French.

He started his career in private equity at Apax Partners in Munich and London, and also worked at Waterland Private Equity in Düsseldorf.
Andreas graduated with a double degree from the Technical University of Munich (Mathematics) and the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (Economics). He is fluent in German and English, and conversational in French and Italian.

Prior to this, Drew spent five years with The Carlyle Group, having previously worked at Aurora Capital Group. He started his career on the investment banking team at Goldman Sachs.
Drew holds a BA in Mathematical Economics and International Relations from Pomona College in California and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Previously, Trevor was an associate at Water Street Healthcare Partners, a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm. Prior to joining Water Street, he was an investment banking analyst in the healthcare group at Citi in New York.
Trevor holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame in Economics. He is a native English speaker, and also speaks Spanish (conversational) and French (basic).

Winston joined PAI in 2022 and leads PAI’s consumer activities in North America.
He was previously at Vestar Capital Partners, where he spent 14 years, most recently as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Consumer, in addition to serving as a Director on a number of consumer, food and beverage companies.
Prior to Vestar, Winston was a member of the Leveraged Finance team at Lehman Brothers and the secondaries team at CSFB Private Equity.
Winston holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics-Political Science from Columbia University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
He is a native English speaker.

He first joined the firm in 1993 and spent five years in the then Food & Beverage Team. In 1998, he joined Deutsche Bank / Bankers Trust in the European Acquisition Finance Group as a Director and subsequently as Managing Director. In June 2001, he returned to PAI, where he has been involved in a large number of transactions including Atos Medical, B&B Hotels, Cerba Healthcare, Chr. Hansen, DomusVi, Elis, ELITechGroup, Ethypharm, Froneri, Kaufman & Broad, Labeyrie Fine Foods, Marcolin, Panzani-Lustucru, Refresco, Roompot, Provimi, Saeco, United Biscuits and Yoplait.
Frédéric studied at ESCP and started his career with Banque Paribas in the Advisory team of the Private Banking division. He is fluent in French and English, and conversational in Spanish.

He started his career at UBS in London, where he spent three years working in the Consumer & Retail M&A team. He then spent three years at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) in the Direct Private Equity team in London.
Arnaud holds a double degree in Business Administration from the ICADE Madrid and the Reims Management School with a major in Finance. He speaks French, Spanish and English fluently.

Sebastien initially joined PAI in 2008 and then rejoined the firm as a member of the Healthcare Team in 2021 after a five year break at Advent International, where he was in charge of healthcare and business services investments in the French market. Sébastien has been involved in a number of investments including CEP, Cerba Healthcare, ELITechGroup, Ethypharm, Grupo Konecta, Kiloutou, Theramex, Veonet and VPS.
Sébastien has also worked as an Adviser to the French President on social issues and he started his career as a judge at the French Supreme Court of Administrative Justice (Conseil d’Etat), with a specialty in healthcare law.
Sébastien graduated with a Master of Public Administration from ENA, a Master Degree in Political Science from Sciences Po and a Master of Science in Economics from ENS.
He is fluent in French and English, and conversational in German.
