Inès Aoumeur
HR Associate
Inès joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the HR Team.
She joined from Club Med, where she worked for almost two years as an HR Generalist. Prior to Club Med, she was an apprentice at L’Oréal and completed several internships in Human Resources.
Inès graduated from Sciences Po Paris.
France Le Peron
HR Operations Director
France joined PAI as HR Operations Director.
She brings over 27 years of experience in Human Resources. France joined from AXA Group, where she was successively Human Resources Manager, Director of Social Policy, Training and International Mobility, Group Benefits and Head of Individual Cases. Prior to this, she was Director of Human Resources for three years at Chateau Online, preceded by five years as Human Resources Director at AOL and Compuserve France.
France holds a Master of Business Administration from Burgundy School of Business.
Achint Mann
HR Manager
Achint joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the HR Team in London. Achint joined from Montagu Private Equity LLP, where she worked as a Human Resources generalist covering all key HR functions.
Prior to Montagu, Achint worked as an HR Associate at GIC and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at GreySpark Partners.
Achint holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Loughborough University.
Laurent Marvy
Partner
Laurent joined PAI in 2022 as Head of Human Resources.
Laurent has significant experience of human resources and talent management at a global level, having worked across three continents. He joined from AXA where he had a long career and spent the last four years leading HR, communication and compliance for more than 25 AXA entities. Previous roles included lead positions at AXA US, AXA Asia and AXA Group.
Prior to AXA he worked at Ford Motor Company both in business and HR roles.
Laurent holds a Master’s Degree in Business & HR from KEDGE Business School, including a year of specialisation in Human Resources at HEC Montreal.
Jessica du Vivier
HR Talent & Development Director
Jessica joined PAI in 2023 as a member of the HR Team, with a specific focus on talent management & HR development.
She previously worked at Ardian, where she was HR Development Senior Manager and HR Business Partner for the international investment and support functions. Jessica brings more than eleven years of experience in recruitment, learning & development management and in promoting diversity & inclusion in the workplace. She started her career at Sagem.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree from EBS and a Master of Human Resources from PPA.
