She started her career at Big Mamma, a fast-growing group of Italian restaurants, where she was the CFO for three years.
Abigaïl graduated from HEC in 2014.

He started his career at Naxicap Partners where he spent two years working on several acquisition processes in various sectors.
Prior to this, Valentin interned at Rothschild & Co in M&A and at PAI where he was involved in the Ecotone transaction.
Valentin holds a Master’s Degree in Management from EM Lyon Business School.

Chamika joined PAI in 2021 as a member of the Investment Group and the UK Team. He has been involved in the Audiotonix, ECF, HKA and Theramex investments.
He was previously at Rothschild & Co in London where he spent more than three years in the Consumer, Retail and Leisure M&A Team. During his time at Rothschild, Chamika also undertook a secondment to Ocado Retail, the world’s leading online grocer, where he was Chief of Staff to the CEO and assisted the management team with various strategic projects. He started his career at Cameron Partners, the Global Alliance Partner of Rothschild & Co in New Zealand, where he focussed on M&A for two years.
Chamika graduated from the Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Laws with first class honours and a Bachelor of Commerce. He has also completed all three levels of the CFA examinations.

Lucas previously worked at BCG in Berlin, first as a generalist consultant with a focus on enterprise strategy and financial analysis across different industries, and then as a member of the BCG Private Equity team.
He holds a MSc in Mathematics from Imperial College London and two BSc in Mathematics and in Physics from the University of Bayreuth.
