The proposed transaction would create a leading European distributor of industrial supplies through the combination of Brammer and IPH.  

ELITech Group is a manufacturer of specialty in-vitro diagnostics equipment and reagents.  

Under PAI Partners’ ownership the business has expanded to become a European leader in clinical pathology.

Martindale Pharma is a leading UK-based specialty pharmaceutical company providing essential medicines to over 50 countries around the world. The company specializes in the field of opioid addiction, emergency care and sterile injectables.
