    Marco joined PAI in 2025 as Head of the Flagship Fund in Italy.

    Marco joined from Ardian, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s coverage and building the Italian buyout team over the course of 12 years. During his time at Ardian, he advanced to the positions of Managing Director and Deputy Head of Buyout Italy.

    Prior to this, Marco worked as an investor at Hutton Collins and began his career in investment banking at UBS.

    Marco graduated from HEC Paris.

    Stefano joined PAI in 2019 and is a member of the Italy Team. He has been involved in the Pasubio investment.

    He joined from OpCapita LLP, a European consumer-focused private equity firm based in London, where he spent two years. Previously, Stefano spent two years at the Boston Consulting Group, as a consultant, and one year at Morgan Stanley in its Investment Banking Division, in London.

    He holds an MBA from the London Business School and a Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University.
