Homeboy Industries virtual event, alongside portfolio company Areas, in 2021

It was a privilege to have Los Angeles-based Homeboy Industries, the largest gang rehabilitation and re-entry programme in the world, presents its work to us alongside portfolio company Areas.

One of the organisation’s ‘Homies’, José, told us about his inspiring journey with the association, and Carlos Bernal CEO of Areas in the US, explained how we can build bridges between PAI Community and our portfolio companies.

We hope to organise more events like these in the future to help bring to life the great work all of the foundation’s associations deliver day in, day out.
