Meet the team
Morgane Barthe
Finance Director
Morgane joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
She started her career as an officer at Alter Domus Luxembourg where she eventually became Manager and spent almost 8 years in the Private Equity Corporate and Fund Services Department.
Morgane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accountancy and Tax Affairs.
Dumitru Berzoi
Compliance Officer
Dumitru joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Compliance Team.
He joined from Alter Domus where he worked as Compliance & Regulatory Senior Officer for almost two years. Prior to his tenure at Alter Domus, he performed an internship at Amazon as Program Manager.
Dumitru holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials and Mechanical Engineering from University of Metz and a Master in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering from Institut Supérieur de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace.
Marc Boulesteix
Head of Luxembourg
Marc joined PAI in 2024 as Head of Luxembourg.
He was previously Financial Director and Managing Director at Eurazeo Luxembourg, where he oversaw portfolio and fund management, as well as MLBO operations and fund structuring. Leading the Eurazeo Luxembourg office, Marc supervised over 90 entities, including the AIFM and numerous private equity funds, ensuring compliance with key AIFM functions. Prior to Eurazeo, Marc was a Financial Auditor Senior Manager at EY.
Marc holds a degree in Finance from Audencia Business School.
Rohan D’Angelo
Finance Officer
Rohan joined PAI in 2022 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He joined from PwC Luxembourg where he spent almost six years as Assistant Manager in the Asset and Wealth Management industry.
Rohan holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Chartered Accountancy and a OEC Certificate (Ordre des Experts Comptables).
Eric Denel
Conducting Officer
Eric joined PAI in 2019 as a member of the Compliance Team and is a Conducting Officer for PAI Luxembourg, in charge of Risk Management and Compliance.
Previously, he worked as a Senior Manager within BDO Audit and Deloitte, and as Head of Compliance at Mazars in Luxembourg.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Controlling from the University of Strasbourg and is a Réviseur d’Entreprises (Chartered Accountant) in Luxembourg.
Benjamin Lefebvre
Finance Officer
Benjamin joined PAI in 2024 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
He previously worked as an Auditor in the Private Equity Team at Grant Thornton Audit & Assurance.
Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in international finance from Metz University Business School and is a Luxembourg Chartered Accountant.
Benjamin Mathu
Finance Director
Benjamin joined PAI in 2017 as a member of the Corporate Operations Team.
Prior to joining PAI, Benjamin spent two years as an officer in the private equity industry in a corporate and trust services company in Luxembourg.
Benjamin graduated from HEC-Ulg (2015) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Finance from Liège.
Maxime Miossec
Conducting Officer – Finance Director
Maxime joined PAI in 2017 and is a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team.
Maxime has a combined experience in audit of nearly 10 years in Paris and Luxembourg. He worked at Deloitte in Paris for four years and then five years at KPMG in Luxembourg as an Audit Manager within the investment management sector, including private equity structures.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Lyon, with a specialism in private equity and transactions.
